International Operations Center

The International Operations Center (IOC) is a new, independent operations hub built around one core belief: professional international operations start with solid training and disciplined procedures. We are not a legacy provider with big client lists; we are at the beginning of our journey, focused first on doing one thing exceptionally well – building people and processes through our ODC Academy.

From day one, our goal is to create an operations culture that is transparent, accountable, and realistic about the risks of working internationally. At this stage, ODC Academy is our primary platform: a training environment where we develop the skills, mindset, and standards that will later underpin our full-scale operations center and service offering.

We are honest about where we are and ambitious about where we are going. In the coming phases, the IOC will expand from training and doctrine into live operational support, integrating planning, monitoring, and incident response for partners working in complex environments. By investing early in quality training and clear procedures, we are laying the foundations now for a trusted international operations capability tomorrow.
